These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HAVN Real Estate website, application, and related services (collectively, "HAVN"). By using HAVN, you agree to these Terms.

Beta Product

HAVN may be offered as a private beta. Beta features may change, break, be removed, or become paid features. We may limit or revoke beta access at any time to protect the product, users, or business.

Accounts And Access

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account or workspace. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when needed. You may not share access in a way that bypasses seat limits, security controls, or workspace permissions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use HAVN for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or discriminatory purposes.
• Upload or process data that you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or authentication.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with HAVN or its infrastructure.
• Use HAVN to send spam, deceptive messages, or unauthorized marketing communications.

Real Estate And Lead Data

HAVN helps agents manage open-house workflows, visitor information, leads, follow-ups, and reporting. You are responsible for complying with real estate, privacy, consumer protection, marketing, and professional rules that apply to your use of HAVN and the data you enter.

Content And Ownership

HAVN, including its design, software, branding, and content, is owned by HAVN or its licensors. You retain ownership of property, lead, and workspace data you submit, subject to the rights needed for HAVN to host, process, secure, and provide the service.

Third-Party Services

HAVN may rely on third-party services such as Cloudflare, Supabase, app stores, analytics, payment, email, or support providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Store Links And App Availability

App Store and Google Play links may be inactive until the apps are published. Availability of mobile apps, web app access, and platform features may vary by region, workspace, and release stage.

No Professional Advice

HAVN is a software tool and does not provide legal, financial, tax, brokerage, or professional advice. You should review communications, reports, and AI-assisted drafts before sending or relying on them.

Disclaimers

HAVN is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific business outcomes, or that any generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purpose.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAVN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of HAVN.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HAVN after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
