HAVN privacy handling depends on where users, visitors, leads, sellers, agencies, and service providers are located, and on whether Binarts acts as controller, processor, service provider, contractor, or vendor for a particular dataset. Binarts is generally the controller for account, billing, subscription, support, website, security, and product operations data. - Canada PIPEDA: Canadian privacy handling is intended to support accountability, identified purposes, valid consent where required, limited collection, limited use, disclosure and retention, safeguards, openness, access, and challenging compliance.
Marketing Consent And Lead Communications
HAVN supports real estate follow-up workflows, but agents, agencies, and workspace owners are responsible for determining whether a communication is transactional, service-related, or marketing. Before sending email, SMS, phone, WhatsApp, advertising, newsletter, or similar outreach, users must obtain any consent or lawful basis required in the recipient's location and must honor unsubscribe, opt-out, do-not-contact, brokerage, MLS, and local real estate rules.
Cookie Rules On Web
The HAVN web and landing experience currently uses essential storage and security technologies. If non-essential analytics, advertising, marketing cookies, pixels, SDKs, or similar technologies are added later, HAVN will request consent or provide opt-out choices where required, including EU/EEA and UK consent rules, California sale/share opt-out handling where applicable, and meaningful consent for Canadian visitors where required. See the Cookie Policy.
